Please help me to keep cat sanctuary going, say Dawn - 24/09/2009 The Post

From South London, The Post, 24/09/2009

......Dawn Trevors runs the Streatham Cats Rescue Group in Hillside Road, which is home to about 50 stray and sick cats.
To pay for their food and vets' bills, she and a team of volunteers sell bric-a-brac and second-hand goods from a stall outside the odeon in Streatham High Road every Saturday.
But from the past nine weeks her spot has been cordoned off while council carries out maintenance work.

Helping Us

Food Appeal

We always welcome donations of tinned cat meat (or trays / sachets). Currently, our Saturday 2nd goods stall is closed because of roadwork carried out by lambeth councill, so we got no food left for the cat. Visit this link for more info.

Streatham Cats Rescue Group is a small, volunteer group which provides home and care to abandoned / sick cats since 1970. Some cats come to our shelter just because of the owner's personal problem. We also help to find a loving home for them. To find out more about the shelter, please visit the about us page.
